Message	Check your ECU codes #1 but it sounds like a vacuum/boost leak possibly combined with an alternator issue possibly. ECU codes - [ http://forums.nicoclub.com/300zx-z32-ecu-diagnostic-t249406.html ] Boost leak tester to check for leaks, but if its serious enough to cause idle problems it probably isn't too hard to find - [ http://boostpro.net/prodtester.html ] Also get a Volt meter, start your car, and make sure the battery reads around 14 volts with the engine running.
